I hired Lee Llewellyn to inspect a house in the Salt Lake Area that I was thinking about buying. He was recommended by my realtor Marty Gale. Marty thought highly of Lee because of his attention to detail and extensive experience. Lee had a small window of opportunity to complete the inspection and create the report. I have used home inspectors before and typically they are fairly ineffective by providing only basic recommendations. I prefer to use a building contractor to review the home. Lee on the other hand has extensive building and building inspection experience. he inspected the home from a builder's point of view and uncovered issues that would have been normally overlooked by most inspectors. The report was extensive and well documented.
